POLICIES
Cancellation/No-Show
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy. Amendments or cancellations of bookings are accepted up to 48 hours prior to check-in time without incurring any penalty.
In the event of a cancellation of less than 48 hours, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the first night's rate will be charged - if only staying one night, this rule still applies.
Smoking
Our rooms are completely non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. There is a £100 penalty for any guest found smoking in any rooms at Denvir’s Hotel.
Late Check Out
We kindly ask that all guests of Denvir's hotel check out by 11 am. Requests for late checkout are available on request and are subject to availability. Late checkouts that are not pre-arranged may occur a £15 charge.
